How Sawa uses information
We use information to provide authentication, personalize the AI interview, develop compatibility insights, suggest potential matches, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI and matchmaking
Sawa uses automated systems to interpret answers and identify compatibility signals. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken and is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. You remain in control of relationship decisions.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only when needed with infrastructure, authentication, security, analytics, and AI service providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law. We do not disclose private interview text to another member unless you explicitly approve that use.
Retention and security
