Safety at Sawa

Connection should feel safe.

Sawa combines product safeguards with practical guidance. No matching system can remove all risk, so trust your judgment and move at your own pace.

Protect personal information

Keep your home and work address, financial information, passwords, identity documents, and private contact details confidential until trust has been established. Never send money or share authentication codes.

Meet thoughtfully

For early dates, meet in a populated public place, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust where you are going, keep your phone charged, and avoid leaving drinks unattended.

Consent and boundaries

Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed, and ongoing. Anyone can change their mind at any time. Pressure, threats, manipulation, stalking, harassment, and sexual conduct without consent are not accepted.

Watch for warning signs

Be cautious if someone avoids verification, quickly moves communication away from Sawa, asks for secrecy or money, gives conflicting stories, pressures commitment, or ignores a stated boundary.

Report and block

Stop communicating when you feel unsafe. Preserve relevant messages and contact support@bewitty.app with the account details and a clear description. We may investigate, restrict, or remove accounts that violate our standards.

AI has limits

Sawa’s AI can help you reflect and identify patterns, but it cannot verify every statement, predict behavior, diagnose a person, or guarantee compatibility or safety.

Immediate danger

If you or someone else faces immediate danger, leave the situation when safe and contact the appropriate local emergency service. Sawa support is not an emergency response service.
